Обновление софта
У меня загрузилась только с указанием
boot system bootflash:asr1001-universalk9.03.16.08.S.155-3.S8-ext.bin
варианты flash:, flash:// не работали
boot: unsupported boot device "flash" autoboot: boot failed, restarting...
